That’s $20 a month for a website, billed once a year. No surprise renewals and no add-on fees for the basics.
What’s included.
- Hosting on a fast server, set up for WordPress.
- SSL, the padlock in the browser bar, so your site loads over https.
- Daily backups, so we can roll your site back if something goes wrong.
- Updates to WordPress, your theme and your plugins, tested so they don’t break anything.
- Security scans for malware and known problems.
- Uptime monitoring. We get an alert if your site goes down.
- Weekly health checks on speed, forms and broken links.
- Domain renewal reminders, so your address never lapses by accident.
“If something breaks, we fix it.”
Here’s what that covers, in plain words:
- Covered: your site goes down, a page or form stops working after an update, malware turns up, or a backup needs restoring.
- Not covered by hosting: new pages, new features, design changes and content updates. Those are requests. Small changes are $49 each for hosting-only clients, and bigger work gets a written quote. A monthly plan includes a set number of requests each month, and unused ones carry over into the next month, then expire (Pro is Unlimited, with a fair-use note).
- Not ours to fix: problems inside outside services, like your booking system, payment processor or email provider. We’ll help you figure out where the problem is and who to call.
Free first year with the launch bundle.
Build a Business ($1,199) or bigger site, or get a Redo & Move ($999), and take the launch bundle. Your first year of hosting is included. After that, hosting renews at the regular yearly price. Other builds, and builds without the launch bundle, pay hosting from day one.

We host WordPress sites we didn’t build, too. First, we give your site a free checkup:
- Speed: your Google Lighthouse mobile score.
- Backups: whether you have them, how often they run, and whether they can actually be restored.
- Anything broken: broken links, forms that don’t send and pages with errors.
- Anything outdated: old versions of WordPress, plugins and themes, and plugins that are no longer supported.
You keep the checkup report either way, whether you host with us or not. If the site is ready, we copy it, test it on our server and switch it over at a slow time for your business. If it needs fixes first, we quote them in writing, and you decide. If it needs more than fixes, see redesigns and moves.

Do you host sites you didn’t build?
Yes, after a free checkup. You keep the report either way.
What does website hosting cost?
$240 a year for a website, or $360 a year for a WooCommerce store.
Is the first year free?
Only with the launch bundle on a Business build or bigger, or a Redo & Move. Otherwise, hosting starts at launch.
Do I own my site if you host it?
Yes. You own your finished site once it’s paid in full, and your domain, Google profile and social accounts stay in your name. If you leave, we give you a full copy.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. You keep your WordPress login. If you’d rather not, send a request through the client portal.
What if I want to leave?
Tell us in writing. Your domain is already yours. We give you a full backup of your site at no charge. Hosting is paid yearly, so it isn’t refunded if you leave partway through the year. → Terms
Do you host Shopify stores?
No. Shopify hosts its own stores and bills you directly, from $39/mo. → Online stores
